Just starting on ebay and have some ebay satchels from auspost, nothing shows up to use them. What postage method do i need to pick to use the 9.95 flat rate or the $60+ free shipping.
The $9.95 is the cost for delivery of the satchels to YOU as a buyer. You set your own postage cost to send your items, and then choose the correct size satchel in the drop down box when setting up the postage in your listing. You can select either ebay or AusPost small, medium, large or extra large satchels.
Just for clarification purposes... the exact same information I have posted 67,000 times is the correct solution to the OP's question - always was and always will be. I'm glad I was of assistance.
You have $9.95 postage on your 3 items…..what are you going to use?
Why are you paying for a ‘store’?
Have a read of this...
And instead of expecting discounted postage rates which don't exist, you could ... I don't know... perhaps take in what you're being told. Now have a read of this...
The eBay postage labels charges are extremely clear and readily available on the help pages (where the above screenshot was taken).
Again... you are looking at Australia Posts delivery charge from their online shop to you, and trying purchase a service through eBay for a price which simply doesn't exist.
I don't know what more I can do to explain the scenario, but at the end of the day you've misinterpreted the written information before you. It happens. I suggest you stop chasing shadows and select the correct satchel size for your product.
as simply as i can, this is wat is says on auspost website for ebay satchels
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $60+. For orders under $60, we charge a flat fee of $9.95. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
You just don't get it, do you...
Coincidence aside, you will NEVER be able to purchase an eBay label for the price a completely different company charges for delivery.
I get free delivery from Bunnings, so why can't I get free delivery on the items I sell? It's simple - what Bunnings charges to ship their product has nothing to do with what Australia Post charges to ship my product. They are two totally different transactions involving totally different people.
Again, eBay will NEVER price match the delivery charges of a third party.
I'll try to put this as simply as I can... eBay do not offer a $9.95 flat rate label. You are trying to find something that doesn't exist.
The postage charges you are asking about are the postage charges applied by Australia Post to your purchase from their online shop.
To use the product you purchase from Australia Post with eBay labels, you have to pay the rate applicable to the satchel size.
eBay aren't going to price match the delivery charges of any third party. How much Australia Post charges to deliver their product (from AP to you) has no bearing on how much they charge to deliver your product (from you to your buyer). They are two completely different and unrelated services.
say the extra large one is: https://auspost.com.au/shop/product/ebay-satchel-extra-large-10-pack-46654?fm=recommendations:shop:1...
the flat rate on a normal auspost satchel extra large is 22.95 but the ebay version is still a flat rate of 9.95 for an extra large up to 5kg australia wide, still no where on ebay or auspost can i book in a 9.95 flat rate extra large satchel it just says the standard price of 22.95
Again, $9.95 is the Australia Post delivery charge that is added to your order of under $60 from Australia Post.
Again, if you wish to use an eBay flat rate satchel to post your eBay sales, you have to select the relevant size options and also pay for the postage.
You should know this already as it is quite clearly stated in the product description.
if i use either ebay to get postage labels or auspost business to import orders, there is no option for a 9.95 ebay satchel at all, it wants to charge the standard satchel rates.

And again you're answering your own question. There are 2 points to be made here...
1. There is no $9.95 eBay satchel option. It doesn't exist.
2. You will be charged the standard satchel rates because that is the correct postage charge for your eBay satchel.
As stated in the reply to your other post, you don't need to select any option to have the correct postage rate applied to your purchase. The Australia Post checkout automatically calculates the postage based on the product value in your cart. Under $60 and postage is $9.95, $60 or more and postage is free.
If you want to know how to use the flat rate satchels to ship product you have sold, just select Australia Post flat rate satchel - small... but I wouldn't use a flat rate satchel for any item that is under 500g

You've actually just posted the answer to your question.
If you add $60 or more worth of product to your cart, then postage will be free. If you have less than $60 worth of product in your cart, then postage is $9.95.
You don't need to do anything to apply the correct postage amount. The AP checkout does it automatically for you.
$9.95 flat rate wouldn't be AP.
You would have to look at what postage method you have selected for your listings.
