Just starting on ebay and have some ebay satchels from auspost, nothing
shows up to use them. What postage method do i need to pick to use the
9.95 flat rate or the $60+ free shipping.

ebay version is still a flat rate of 9.95 for an ...
if i use either ebay to get postage labels or auspost business to import
orders, there is no option for a 9.95 ebay satchel at all, it wants to
charge the standard satchel rates.
