Ebayer out of control

Hello all! Please help. I have a issue with a ebayer thats now out of control.I purchased a pair of sunglasses from a seller-i contacted them in order to pay on pick up as they lived in the same area as me. They replied that they are overseas-however wanted payment immediately and they will work out with a friend to send it to me. Less than 6 hours later i was receiving emails demanding payment,Then they became Rude emails. It just so happened that i was checking listings for sunglasses and came across a number of sunglasses that had the same background as the pair i purchased,yet it was all different user names,but the last six numbers at the end of each name was the same 336699.I started to question the seller i purchased from and was glad i hadnt paid.Since then i have been listing items-Only to find that the people purchasing my items where these people with these same last six number as the seller i purchased the sunglasses from-all ending in 336699. I have blocked 8 names containing these numbers yet they are still making accounts. At present   another ebayer has purchased three of my items in one purchase,again with the same numbers- only to leave me negative feedback instantly.Here i go again with opening cases in order to get my fees back. Please help me as i really dont know what to do-this person is out of control and i cant keep up with more of their accounts. I appreciate all your time and appreciate any advise you may have. Call Customer Support NOW,

 Click on Customer support in the top RH corner and then click on Contact ebay then hover your mouse over selling and then click on report a member then click on call us and you will be given the number and a code to enter on request.

Tell them what is going on and they should remove the feedback and ask if they can cancel any further bids and tell them they have been added to your BBL and still buying with new ID's.
