Feedback removed, Yay!

As of this morning the FB I received from the buyer who threatened me if I did not leave her positive feedback has been removed by ebay,   Hoping my DSRs will also recover.

I have also been assured a full report has been forwarded to investigations and they are looking into her history of doing the same to other sellers,  the operator concerned did say it is hoped other victims would report this person as I have,  but the issue will be addressed going on my report.

I could not help but go through much of the FB she has left for others, it is not just regarding the extortion and retaliation I found inappropriate, but some of the references she has made to her personal life that are permanently on the sellers profiles are quite disturbing.  

But time to let it go and move on, 

Thank you Foxy for your kind words,  and I do so appreciate the support here and messages from kind members.  I do understand this is not all about me, I am only one seller, and there were many more victims before me, but if ebay are true to their word I hope I will be her last. 😄

Where have I lied?  did you not send these messages?  did you not leave negs and neutral FB for other sellers when they didn`t give you your green dot? 

If you go to the community boards you will see at least one of your seller has come on to say you did the same to her, threatened neutral FB if positive was not received,  sadly she gave you your precious green dot.

OK, so this is one of several messages I received from you, all pretty much the same,  tell me how stating to leave neutral FB if I don`t give you a positive rating by such time is not a threat?

Now explain how these (just a few) neutrals and negs you placed on other sellers FB was not your actions for not receiving positive FB or even a positive that did not meet your standards,

SADLY I NEVER RECEIVED F/B BUT SELLER GOT MY F/B I ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES OH WELL

NO COMMUNICATION NO FEEDBACK PITY ONLY LEAVE FEEDBACK IF RECEIVED AND NOT BEFORE

DONT GIVE F/B UNTIL xxxxxxxxxxxx GIVES F/B I ASKED TWICE WITH NO LUCK

My communication with you was standard and appropriate, item sold, invoice sent, even though not actually required, payment received, noted on your purchase history, item packed and sent, also noted on your purchase history complete with the tracking number, so you could track the time of delivery, what else do you want from a seller?   if it is a penpal, then I am sorry, I am not in a position to help you there.

And no I am not looking for sympathy,  why would I, I was not heatbroken nor sad,  just keen to deal with the situation which I considered wrong in so many ways,  I got the support from ebay and other sellers, which I appreciated,   but you feel you have done no wrong,  do not tell me I have lied,  your messages speak for themselves,   you say ebay said it was OK to tell a seller if you don`t leave me positive FB by Thursday I will leave neutral or neg for you?  I don`t think so,  but feel free to give the operators name to me if they did tell you this and I am happy to take it up with ebay, or if it came via ebay message, please post it for all to see.    By the way, you left the neutral on Wednesday, 

Everyone has their own personal problems to deal with in life, but airing them on strangers FB ratings is not appropriate and some could find it quite disturbing. 

How can you feel justified when much of the FB you received was from fear of retaliation from you.

And by the way, it is considered rude to post in capitals
