Free listing for "Collectables" category?

I'm sure I saw something about "Collectables" category having free listing but don't know the details. Can anyone help me with this? I kept from relisting all my Collectables til I'd run out of my 80 free listings in my Basic Store & started to list them tonight thinking they'd be free but they're not.

I think you have misread the Terms and Conditions regarding free listings

the free Collectables cat. is for Anchor Stores ($499 a month).  click on SELL above and check out the Store fees.
