Am I correct in saying that the only way to get support from eBay Australia is either via the live chat function or phone number? Is there not a single listed email address I can use to speak to the team in Australia? Has anyone tried sending letters to the head office in Sydney?
As said, emails are pointless
It is a bot automated service with no replies 'to individuals'
I have never thought of sending a letter, I am not sure what kind of issue would call for one or be helped by one
Is this in regard to your funds being on hold as you are seen as a new/infrequent seller?
You do not have any recent feedback and only one 'recently' sold item
Otherwise, again as said, other members can give you factual advice, use eBay and know the policies
Unlike eBay staff who type from pre written scripts
Live chat is the best, apart from asking members here who actually know eBay's policies rather than using scripts. Phone numbers are generally not available, and emailing eBay will get you a bot answer., as will writing to them.
"Do you know of any email address? "
As I said emailing them is a waste of time, it's just bot driven. When you do a live chat remember to ask for a supervisor as soon as you can, they will also email you the chat transcript if you ask them for a record of the chat. Remember that the members here have a lot more experience on how eBay works than any of the CS reps, so why not post your problem here ?
