Help Please Fee Charges Incorrect

Hi,

I am really confused on all of the multiple charges here. Specifically, I believe there is a mistake and this $11.15 should not be charged 2 times?

While the 2 charges relate to the same order, they are for 2 separate labels with different tracking numbers.

Label charges apply  when a label is generated, not when it is printed, so if you generated 2 labels but only printed and used 1, unless the 2nd label is cancelled within 5 days of generation, the 2nd charge is still applicable.
