Hi, If I list a product and tick "International" in the selling box, is my item on view in other eBay sites around the world?

Dear eBayers,

If I list my product and tick "International" in the postage area of the selling box, is my item on view in other eBay sites around the world to attract international buyers, or do I have to register with other eBay sites for my products to be on display with them?

In other words, can I just list on eBay.com.au, and by ticking "International" postage, have international buyers see my product?

By doing posts worldwide it will show on other sites.
