I’m not sure why you are asking this on eBay’s community boards, but here…

Open a new browser.

Type in https://www.paypal.com/au/home/

I suggest that you don’t copy the link above, even though it is safe. That is because you should be suspicious of clickable links; get into the habit of typing the URL carefully into the address bar of your browser to avoid a scam link that looks like the correct address at a casual glance, but isn’t.

that advice worked.

However I should have been more specific.   

I am trying to get to my access my paypal account from my ebay store,

Before I installed windows 11, there was a link to paypal on my ebay pages,

but I cannot see that link now, and wonder if anybody can help. 

.

I posted the question on ebay because paypal is linked to my ebay store,

and I thought it was the best place to get help.

As you have doubtless signed up to Managed Payments you can no longer receive payments through Paypal. As you already know. So there is no point in initiating a link to Paypal.

Yes… as davewil has said, you can no longer be paid via PayPal on eBay. There is only one way to be paid now. Make sure you’re signed up to Managed Payments and properly verified (both ID and bank account).

Of course, you can still be paid via PayPal if you sell things through your own e-commerce site or want to sell through Facebook Marketplace, but you can’t advertise your own site or Facebook Marketplace presence on your eBay account or listings.

It’s just one of the eBay T&Cs, and many sellers say they find the MP system works well for them.
