How can I Remove (Seller) Recommendations from Selling Reminders heading?

1. Please go to your selling/sold page and look for "Selling Reminders" heading.

2. in that box you should see things like,

" Qualify for Fast & Free to attract more buyers for 4 listings.
Update title for 3 listings."  

or if not please see my screenshot attachment

3. you should also get an EBay email as well as a Gmail/hotmail/yahoo email on your phone

These emails are ”Fast & Free” reminders are driving me crazy and I want to switch them off.

4. When I ask eBay workers they all tell me the same WRONG thing. Incorrectly they write to me:

"Go to Communication preferences and switch it off " because my Listing product recommendations in

that page has NEVER been turned ON. 

5. Yesterday I finally found an EBay person to chat with to solve this annoyance once and for all

6. He told me that at the right hand end of the Selling Reminders heading there is an Edit button and

to click on that and a Remove Recommendations tab will appear.

7. I told him that using Chrome and I.E. browsers the only option I had was to change heading colour,

NO Remove Recommendation option was present.

8. Can any of you sellers out there see this drop down menu with

Removing Recommendations?

9. Ok so if they are already turned OFF how would us sellers know how or where

to turn them back ON, e.g.

sometimes if an item is not selling I find the discounted price suggestion eBay offers

compared to other similar seller listings for relisting can be helpful”

but I hate improving my title or making a small ticket item Fast and Free

10. what should I do to get this message across to eBay as they say that they can’t read

and act on all suggestions?

11. perhaps a large % of sellers and ALL eBay workers don’t even know this exists and

they keep sending me this stupid “go to Communication preferences and switch it off”.

help?
