How can I cancel an international winning bid as I don't post internationally?

Hi,

Would someone be kind enough to explain how I can cancel an international winning bid & if it is even allowed as I don't sell nor post internationally yet one somehow slipped through despite me believing & having my settings set to selling to Australia only?

Have they actually won or is the listing still active?

If it is active then use this link http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CancelBidShow you will need the member ID and item nuber

If it has ended then ask if they will please agree to a mutual cancellation as you do not post OS.

Put in place blocks to stop OS bidders.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
