I sold an item to a buyer who was disappointed with the colour of the garment (item#181124881789) despite the description and photo being accurate, and rather than contact me chose to leave 'Neutral' feedback (anything that isn't 'Positive' is 'Negative' in most peoples eyes I believe)
This buyer has left only 8 feedbacks in 4 years, two of which have been 'Neutral'. (25%)
Having traded since 2002 and accumulated an unblemished 100% 'positive' feedback I am keen to protect the goodwill of my online business and wish to know what options are available to me to have this feedback removed.
