If I choose to grow my business by upgrading from an individual seller to a Store with a new name do I forfeit my 10 year feedback rating?....or does my ebay username sit under the store name with all feedback history on view.

How can I respond as a seller to unfair neutral feedback left by a newcomer to ebay who doesn't know the way feedback is intended to work?

I'm sure it is a simple process but I have a 'pushy' buyer who is hassling me for a much lower start price and free delivery contrary to my listing. On being told by me that i am not prepared to change my start price and the postage stays as listed.....
