How can I turn on Easy Pricing for my listing?

I received an email from eBay encouraging me to turn on Easy Pricing for my listing but nowhere can I find out how to do this. When I rey to revise the listing there is no tick box that I can find to turn on the feature. Are there rules on what items can and cannot have Easy Pricing applied?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm also trying to find out how to set up something like "reduce the price of this auction by x% every x days".

Haven't seen anything for the Aus site but has been on the US site since last year.
