Buyer left negative feedback score despite winning an auction. Buyer wrote email stating "changed mind didn't want item"
Case opened, buyer sent abusive email and I reported buyer to ebay
Noticed negative feedback still left on item which required re listing and sold no problems.
Have you opened a non payer dispute and closed it in the allotted time?
If yes then contact ebay to get the neg removed.
If no then open a non payer dispute as long as it is 4 days after the sale date then wait untill the 5th day after opening it and close the case.
The neg should go and if not call ebay and they will remove it.
