You will get an email from eBay telling you that it has sold and to post to the buyer once you receive payment.
Then you will get an email from paypal telling you the item has been paid for and you will send it to the address on the paypal advice.
To check the progress you can click on 'bids' to the right of your listed item and you will see how many bids have been placed.
So far you have no bid's but if it is early in the auction a lot of people do not bid until much later.
