How do I invoice buyer after issuing a refund?

Hi, I don't know what to do. After selling and posting books to a buyer I was told they had not arrived. I checked the tracking and they had seemed to have disappeared in transit. I refunded the buyer but now see they were delivered after the refund. Buyer admits they have them.

How do I now get my money?

Thanks.

An invoice can't be raised without an unpaid transaction in eBay.

You have 2 choices, send the buyer a request for funds from PP if you have their PayPal email address or relist and ask the buyer to rebuy n pay.

Hi, whenever something is "lost" in the post I always start a lost case with Australia post at the same time, which covers my cost ( item plus post) if this type of thing occurs. If the item arrives after an eBay refund to the buyer you as the sender can still claim your money back but not from the buyer or eBay as 9 out of 10 times if they receive it after a INR case they will rarely repay you if it turns up.
