How do I list pre- worn slips.

Hi guys. Can anyone help me with listing pre- loved slip/ petticoats. I have new with tags and some nwot. When I try

to list pre- owned it will only give me the two nwt-nwot. I have even started from the beginning but still can't list them.

Please can anyone help, thanks.

If there is no preworn in that category it is because of health regulations they are not allowed to be sold on ebay.
