How do I make a second chance offer?

I had 4 items listed but no bids and was contacted to ask if I would offer 3 of the 4 items together for slightly less. It seemed to me that I should be able to make a second chance offer, but the option does not seem to be available from the drop down Actions list. Is this not allowed?

You have the wrong idea about second chance offers....they can only be used if your item sells and there was more than one bidder and you have another item exactly the same.  Or if the original winner does not pay.

What you need to do is make up another BIN listing for the prospective buyer.  Once you have agreed on the price you can post the listing and give the details to the buyer so they can buy it before someone else does.
