How do I offer a combined invoice?

A buyer has requested I offer a combined price for two separately listed items. I'm happy to do this as it benefits both the buyer and myself, but I don't know how to offer a combined invoice. The only option I can see is to ask the buyer to pay full price for both items then for me to refund through paypal to bring the total down to the combined price. However, doing it this way seems clumsy and unprofessional and, being a fairly new seller, that's not an image I care to promote. Any suggestions?

Are the items listed as free post? If they are, there is no way to invoice for a lesser price than the final sell price.

If the items are listed with postage you can combine them into the one invoice and offer a discounted combined postage amount. After the buyer purchases the items they need to wait until you can send them an invoice with the revised postage. In your Sold section click on Send Invoice and it will automatically show all items for that buyer then amend the postage, preview and send the invoice. Do not click on recalculate, that works like a reset button.
