A winning bidder has changed her mind on an item she won. I told her that was fine and that I would just relist the item. She has asked me to 'send through a cancellation'. How do I do this?
A change of mind is not a valid reason to back out of a sale, however, if you do want to let them off, you can send a cacellation by using the drop down tabs at the right of the item, resolve a problem.
