How do you block a buyer from future purchases?

Just wondering how you block a buyer from future puchases? I bend over backwards for my customers and honestly don't want to do business withs someone who kills my DSR.

Any help will be appreciated.

Add the buyer to your BBL.  (blocked bidders list)
