How do you deal with ghost bidders? I’m getting tired dealing with “people” who bid then don’t respond or pay. When you go to their account their is little activity. Are they actual accounts or scammers?

Buyers can only be given positive feedback (or no feedback) and it is possible some sellers chose the break eBay rules and give false positives
Some sellers may also not have bothered to report these fake bidders
