If a buyer uses a discount voucher then the seller gets the full amount and eBay pays for the discount on behalf of the buyer.
Why does an experienced member come to the boards asking newbie questions?
I can only think of ONE answer - (not so) covert advertising.
The Answer Centre is not the place. Very few potential buyers read here.
