Hi i sold a product money was due to be in my account on the 13th december it has not arrived yet what do i do

I am wondering if your issue is a mis-match between your Ebay user name and your bank account name. I believe that both now have to exactly match or the payment fails. I have just asked this question in the forum. Awaiting an answer.

You were answered two minutes after you posted. It's not 'now', it has been the case for almost 6 years since Managed Payments came in

That's complete and utter nonsense.

It's impossible to open a bank account without sufficient identification. I can guarantee that no eBay member has a birth certificate, drivers license or passport showing their eBay username... ergo, not one single, solitary eBay member has a bank account which matches their eBay username.
