How long do I wait for a response from buyer after opening an unpaid item dispute? Item ended 15/10 and no reply to emails.

I have sent 2 emails asking if they still want the item and nothing. I was being generous with waiting as long as I did to open the umpaid item dispute now I'm unsure of what to do next.

You need to wait 4 days or later from the date and time the dispute was open to be able to close it.

Once you close it they will be blocked from leaving feedback and they get a strike and you get your FVF refunded and you can then relist or offer to next bidder if there was one.
