How long do I wait for a response from buyer after opening an unpaid item dispute? Item ended 15/10 and no reply to emails.

I have sent 2 emails asking if they still want the item and nothing. I was being generous with waiting as long as I did to open the umpaid item dispute now I'm unsure of what to do next. Thanks.
