How many accounts can one person have on ebay?

Hi-I was looking through Bvlgari Sunglasses last night,and i came across( what i believe ) a seller that has 8 (eight ) different accounts or user IDs. They were listed as all different locations however all locations were just suburbs apart. These user IDs all have the same last 6  number digits to their name-which should make it easy for you all to see. My question is How many account can one have?Thanks in advance Cheers!!!

members can have as many different IDs as they like,  but when you see what you describe, it is best to hit the back button,  most likely the items are fake,  and as these facts are revealed and they are shut down, they have other IDs to fall back on. 

Unless you have money to throw away on cheap junk, stick to reputable sellers or retail stores where you know you will get what you paid for.
