If it's the auction with one bidder and current price is agreed, simply end the listing to the highest bidder.
To the right of item in your selling list select end item.
Otherwise you will need to end item cancelling bid and relist with a BIN price for buyer.
Keeping in mind the buyer may not commit or may feel the auction will go much higher hence the offer.
