I advertised as sell for parts only. Buyer bought them provided bad feedback of not functioning

We advertised the items as "Sell for Parts Only". After a few weeks buyers provided bad feedback that the items are not functioning with the reason we did not test them. Can I ask ebay to remove the feedback?. The advertisement was clearly mentioning a few times in the description that "For Parts Only".

However they are likely to give you the scripted response 'it was the buyer's experience'

You could also try asking for a supervisor

You will either need that, or a (rare) good CS
