The seller hasn’t received my return though tracking was provided. They said contact eBay to get refund -how. I bought as a guest
Was the item a 'change of mind' or did you receive 'an item not as described' ?
If it's the latter, did you go through the process of opening a dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee ?
If yes, what status is the claim showing ? Can you ask eBay to step in ?
