I entered a sale fr the item to be collected from me. When the sale reply came in, you had assumed I was sending it at my cost via some crowd called Sendle-never heard of them. How come? I expect the buyer to pay the freight, not me. What is going on?
This is a member to member forum, other buyers and sellers like yourself
We have nothing to do with the transaction
Was this under another ID?
The only item you have sold today is a golf club which makes no mention of being a pick up item in the heading nor description
It is given as ONE of the options, along with postage of $19.20 which the buyer pays, not you)
Did you list the item yourself?
Sendle is a courier broker , selected by the person listing the item as the postage method
Obviously the buyer chose the postage option, as offered rather than opting to pick up
As Sandy said, you 2 options on your listing -
1. Free local pick up
2. postage $19.20
looks like the buyer wants the item posted.
if you don’t want to post it you need to cancel the transaction, use the reason « problem with buyer’s address » and you should get your fees back.
if you relist the item, make sure you ONLY select free lock pick up.
What is going on is that you have no idea about selling on eBay. Maybe 'waste' some time reading the FAQs.
