How did eBay charge you if you did not charge the buyer?

Did you print a postage label, not use it and not cancel it?

You have been an ebayer for a long time.  As sandy said have you had your id and bank account verified for Managed Payment?  They came in over three years ago and it had been well advertised for a long time before that.  If you dont do that you wont get paid if they paid into ebay.  The money has nowhere to go
