i have been charged by eBay for postage for sell item but I paid by my self for posting item.

You have been an ebayer for a long time.  As sandy said have you had your id and bank account verified for Managed Payment?  They came in over three years ago and it had been well advertised for a long time before that.  If you dont do that you wont get paid if they paid into ebay.  The money has nowhere to go
