Being allowed to post your items on another venue at the same time as being posted on ebay or at least ebay is not acting on it?. Can we post in our ebay listing that the item is posted elsewhere?. Thank you for any help you can give.

No you cant. It is against policy for an item to be listed elsewhere when it is listed on ebay. It doesnt happen often, but occasionally things do sell at the same time. And as far as ebay are concerned, it is the ebay sale that must be honored.
