It did have a tracking number and I have been keeping the buyer fully informed as to my dealings with aust post . I have also given buyer the investigation . If aust post cant find it what are my obligations to buyer
Has the buyer given the item enough time to arrive ?
Has the buyer checked with their local PO ?
As you only seem to post using regular satchels,you'll need to refund buyer in full including postage if the parcel doesn't show up.
