17/1/25, the buyer thought that opening the USB was not inserting the computer, but opening the USB cover. He went to the garage and opened the USB cover, and then sent photos and messages. I reported to an agent immediately. The agent told me to block him without replying.
2. Customer service said to contact the buyer if they left a bad review. So the buyer left a terrible review and the picture. But eBay refused to remove. I used too much time day and day talked eBay agents and specialists, nothing changes.
3. I checked the removal policy and I am in full compliance with their removal policy, but they still refuse to remove it.
4. So far no one has bought my product and I lose sleep every night. Even though I'm no longer selling, I still need eBay to give me a just solution.
Um...that buyer left a postive review and you proceeded to attack him. My advice to you would be to take note of what the person who bought the sneakers said in thier negative review because i think thats relevant. I recommend reading the article written by ebay which is titled
