17/1/25, the buyer thought that opening the USB was not inserting the computer, but opening the USB cover. He went to the garage and opened the USB cover, and then sent photos and messages. I reported to an agent immediately. The agent told me to block him without replying.
2. Customer service said to contact the buyer if they left a bad review. So the buyer left a terrible review and the picture. But eBay refused to remove. I used too much time day and day talked eBay agents and specialists, nothing changes.
3. I checked the removal policy and I am in full compliance with their removal policy, but they still refuse to remove it.
4. So far no one has bought my product and I lose sleep every night. Even though I'm no longer selling, I still need eBay to give me a just solution.
Aside from that one neg you've got, if any buyer were to look at your feedback left they would be seeing major red flags on your account, with false positives and a multitude of negs and neutrals for your sellers.
