I am a personal seller. I always use within 40 free listing. But I have been charged huge after selling each time exceeding my profit?

How to have a solution???

Are you talking about selling fees (FVF) or something else?

40 free listings does not mean 40 free selling fees for items that sell

Two different fees

If you are talking about selling fees, you need to make sure you have your prices so that you are not selling at a loss

If that is the case, there is no point contacting eBay as they make it very clear about fees right up front

You need to read the terms and conditions before you sign up or start activity with any online platform.

You only have 4 completed listings since early November on this ID.....do you have another selling account?

Have you used ebay postage....that could account for large fees?

Look at the fees breakdown on your invoice to see what the charges are for.

NO it's my only account. I don't use ebay label postage. My products selling price 170 aud. I got charged 17.50 ebay fee. I don't know why? that's rediculous.

That is the standard fee - 10.9%. And if that is more than your profit, you aren't charging enough.

You don't need to contact anybody. You need to READ the extensive information about selling in 'help', available at the top and bottom of almost every page.

As Dave has said.....that is the standard ebay final value fee for selling your goods.
You need to calculate the FVFs and any other charges applicable to your items and add these to the amount you are charging. I take it you have added the postage costs as you are offering free postage on your listings.

Why is there not an easier way to contact Ebay.
Complex queries cannot be answered by automated server, and when you get an agent it is still not helpful, or they disconnect
And for this we are slugged 10.9% , I agree That's ridiculous.
