I received a positive response from a buyer but the comment has come up with a red negative beside the feedback. Why would this happen?

Hi,
The buyer gave me some great positive feedback but now there is a red negative beside the comment and it has affected my rating which was 100% I can't figure out what has gone wrong.

I am only guessing but they possibly left FB via their iphone, not the first time this has happened.
Send the buyer a friendly message and just ask if they meant to leave a neg or was it a mistake, if so ask if they would be kind enough to revise to a positive, if agreed, send a FB revision request.
