I voided 5 labels on the 1st of October. 4th November and no refund of $48.50 no help customer servi

If they were cancelled correctly, I presume it still takes a minimum 25 business days, before AP will confirm the labels have not been used.  After which time a refund can be processed.

Apparently it can now take 60 days for refund to be processed

Yes I did do it correctly as what eBay told me to do , As I said in my message I contacted eBay on several occasions and they were no help at all . Everything I was told was not true
