I want to add additional information to my store header. But it doesn't allow me to change the font, colour or size to make it stand out,

when I also try and type the keys and curser is delayed.Makingonebiglong word.  (See)  Not sure if I have accidently changed asetting in ebay or setting on mycomputer.I t ismaking typing very   slow.   Wondering if this has got something to do with me unable to do more

on my header for additional information.Can anyone help or suggest??
