Overseas buyer is trying to stipulate the postage costs to his location in Spain. I was clearly stated in listing that O/S buyers were to request shipping method and cost to their destination prior to auction end. Exp Post International for this item is $159.60 via Australia Post, buyer has stated that he wishes to pay no more than $30.00 AUD for postage which would not even cover Seamail at $76.45AUD...Please what on earth do we do?

Tell the buyer that you cant post for such a small amount of money, and must post by means to protect the item for both you and them. Offer a mutual cancellation, otherwise just bill them for the amount you need to charge and if they dont pay open an unpaid item dispute and follow through.
YOU set the postage cost, not the buyer.
