Is there a video tutorial for sellers before listing a fragile item?

Hi all--just wondering if when sellers list a fragile item if there is a tutorial they have to go through for packaging before they can list it?

I have been on the receiving end of too many fragile items that have arrived with poor packaging and broken. I feel I'm getting about one in two not packaed appropriately and 1 in three damaged or broken. This is even after I have specifically asked they be extra careful and offer to pay whatever they need to package carefully.

It is so disappointing to have this continually happen from the days I started eBay over 12 years ago. You would think eBay had a better system in place by now. It's one reason I rarely buy now esp the more fragile items and also why I email with care requests. Plus the extra work required to email after the event back and forth, photos etc is so time consuming. I predict after this current rise in internet buying a greater return to stores in the longer term because of these issues. Thanks for any replies.
