Item has sold but buyer hasn't paid

Hello

Three times I have listed the same item and each time it has 'sold'. Yet the buyer (three different buyers each time) does not pay...

So I relist and again it 'sells' but the buyer does not pay and so on and soon....

A scam????

Presumably you have cancelled the sale/s for non-payment.

If you have listed as Buy Now maybe consider ticking Immediate Payment required. That way the item is not sold unless paid for.

If you're doing auction, after three goes you know what it is worth, so do Buy Now with Immediate Payment.

Edit: You don't sell much. Have you signed up to Managed Payments? Was it non-payment or non-receipt of funds?

I suspect you need to look at your account.

If it is the handbag, which still shows as having sold 3 times, you will still be liable for ebays fees as there is no indication that the sales have been cancelled.

I hope you are not looking for payments to appear in a paypal account.

Thanks, no not looking for payment to appear in my account as I have cancelled the sale/s after a few days. I just wonder why it keeps happening??
