Back again - a buyer has not received a parcel I sent, I have tracked it and found it is in the freight company WA depot awaiting pickup. I advised buyer via ebay message 2 days ago but have had no response. I wanted to contact them by phoneto let them know but when I enter the item number to get contact details for the transaction I get an ebay message, 'this item number is no longer in our data base' I sent the item on 11/6 - surely that is not too long ago? Any suggestions please?
There used to be a limit of a couple of weeks for pulling contact info. Have you tried again just in case it was a glitch?
Otherwise have you tried the good old phone book? 🙂
