I have recently sold and item. which has been paid for but the postage hasn't been paid. I have sent messages on how to pay the postage through PayPal. Yet the winner hasn't paid nor made any further contact with myself. What do you advise me to do in this situation.
Refund the buyer and resend a new invoice with the postage on it as your listings show as free postage pick up only.
