Is there a way to leave 'negative' feedback for a buyer who won't pay and won't reply to any of my emails? When I click on their account leave feedback it only allows me to leave 'positive' feedback. Does anybody know why this is please?

Sellers can not leave negs.
If you leave a +ive rating with a neg comment it will be removed if the buyer reports it and you get a policy violation against your ID.
If 4 days has passed open a dispute for non payment and then 4 days to the second or later you can close it and issue a strike and get your FVF refunded.
Put in place the blocks to stop non payers with more than 1 strike in a 12 month period from being able to bid or buy from you.
To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
Make sure yo add this buyer to your BBL as well.
