G'day, I'm still having trouble selling my bicycle with local pickup. The link below is what previously happened. This time I stipulated in the add that no questions about couriers will be answered and no overseas bidders but still an Interstate buyer (with zero feedback) wins the auction. I messages them after seeing their address saying its local pickup only. I've not heard anything back from them. Can I just cancel order again? This will be the second time I've had to do this. How can I stop non local bidders from bidding?
Thanks.

Oh dear, you're not having much luck on this.
It may be they are having a relative pick it up but it's also possible it's a newbie with the zero feedback that hasn't read the listing properly.
If and when you relist perhaps put "Pick up Only from postcode xxxx", in the title if it fits.
And message any bidders during the auction to confirm it is pick up only, that way they can retract their bid.
4 days after sale date, open an unpaid item case and close it 4 days later.
In case the buyer selects Not Agree to a cancellation.
