I have received a negative which I knew would be coming. The circumstances were that I stupidly listed an item belonging to the son of a friend. At end of auction he decided he no longer wanted to sell. I pointed out that he was obliged to sell but it made no difference.
I accept responsibility and so I the buyer explaining what had happened, apologising sincerely. The only option I could see was to cancel the sale however she was very angry and declined the cancellation, which I acknowledge is her right.
The item was listed as pick up only but I see that she has left a low rating for postage time.
How can that be?
